@thomaslegallais
Entrepreneurial coach and basketball leader driving athlete development and performance.
What I'm looking for
I am an entrepreneurial coach and educator with a proven track record building training businesses and mentorship services that impact youth athletes. As Founder of Swish School and Breakdown, I lead operations, marketing, staff management, and program design to serve over 200 athletes.
My coaching experience spans club, AAU, all-star and developmental programs where I design practice plans, build game strategies, and mentor players to improve performance and mindset. I have organized and run large youth camps with 55+ participants and coached teams in competitive tournaments.
Academically, I hold a Master of Education in Adult Education and multiple university basketball leadership roles, including team captain and Academic All-Canadian honours. I combine formal education with on-court leadership to deliver structured, development-focused programming.
I am committed to empowering young athletes through film analysis, mentorship, and performance training, and I bring hands-on business leadership—managing employees, sponsorships, finances, and community partnerships—to scale programs effectively.
