What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fresh leadership or senior business development challenge where I can apply my entrepreneurial mindset, commercial drive, and experience in growth, transformation, and client strategy to make a meaningful impact on organisational success.

I lead Cognition Agency’s P&L, strategy, bids, client acquisition, and operational performance, building a stronger commercial focus through revised service pillars, rate cards, and delivery processes.

Previously, as Managing Director at Adgen, I prepared and integrated the business through acquisition, delivered £400K net profit after restructuring, and secured major media contracts with Birmingham City University (£6M) and Cardiff Metropolitan University (£3M). I’ve also led successful tender strategies, including a £5.5M four-year Birmingham City University contract and top-ranking placement on the NERARS framework.

Across education, publishing, and advertising, I’ve grown businesses, developed senior client relationships, launched new revenue streams, and led teams through change. I’m motivated by insight-led growth, commercially meaningful transformation, and solving complex business challenges with clients and colleagues.
