At Regions Bank, I architected an enterprise work-management structure connecting business and technology work to support traceability and regulatory verification. I also built Jira Plans and Rich Filter dashboards to bring project and technology work into view.

I partnered with Regions’ CIO to establish the Lean/Agile Center of Excellence and built enablement capabilities, including ART launch materials and coaching resources. I trained and coached more than 1,500 professionals through SAFe and agile programs.

I designed and released Regions AppCodes, a Jira Cloud app that lets users search and associate ServiceNow CMDB application records on Jira issues. Outside work, I built and maintain dbforumarchive.com to preserve and make searchable recovered David Brown tractor forum content.
