What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to apply Agile leadership, analytics, product management, and AI-assisted delivery practices to improve enterprise delivery outcomes and team performance.

I've led Agile delivery, release management, and enterprise transformation work for Truist Financial, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae, TransUnion, and American Tire Distributors. My work supports critical banking, payments, regulatory, data warehousing, analytics, and infrastructure initiatives.

At Bank of America, I coordinated releases for 3–6 cross-functional data engineering teams delivering ETL and infrastructure components, using Kanban metrics to improve throughput and delivery predictability. At Truist, I led delivery for enterprise deposit-system mainframe initiatives and supported release readiness for critical banking systems.

I coach teams and leaders on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Jira, governance, and continuous improvement, translating delivery risks and complex technical work into clear plans and executive reporting. I'm also expanding my product management, business analytics, and AI-assisted delivery capabilities.
