I'm leading multi-site fleet operations at Drive Sally, overseeing maintenance scheduling, fleet readiness, safety compliance, vendor performance, and operational KPIs. I drive continuous improvement to reduce costs while increasing service levels and developing supervisors through coaching and succession planning.

Previously at Wheels, Inc., I directed regional fleet operations across multiple markets, managed maintenance vendors, analyzed operational trends, and partnered with customers to resolve escalated issues.

At Hertz Global Holdings, I led multiple locations, more than 100 employees, and multimillion-dollar fleet assets. I managed preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, budgets, OSHA compliance, workforce planning, and KPI-driven efforts to improve utilization, reduce downtime, and increase customer satisfaction.

My earlier work includes leading field operations for Google via Adecco and serving as an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Army, where I supported operational planning, workforce coordination, reporting, and high-accountability mission requirements.
