What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my quality-management, supplier-improvement, and root-cause analysis experience in a manufacturing environment that values cross-functional collaboration and new product development.

At VINASIL Silicone Hoses Vietnam – Venair, I review and approve PPAP documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and MSA, while maintaining quality compliance under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

I validate inspection data, technical documents, drawings, and records against defined quality criteria. I also investigate supplier quality issues through 8D, 5 Whys, and root-cause analysis, then follow corrective actions through implementation.

My work combines detailed quality checks with SPC, capability analysis, and GRR using Minitab. I support consistent manufacturing processes and collaborate across teams on quality and new product development activities.

Previously, at SOLAR BK, I researched photovoltaic materials, performed internal quality control on raw materials, developed prototypes, and built practical testing and reporting experience.
