I’m a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) with 7+ years of experience across electronics, automotive, and semiconductor manufacturing. I’m known for strengthening supplier quality through audits, incoming quality control, 8D problem-solving, and measurable supplier performance improvement.
In fast-paced FDI environments, I manage the full supplier quality flow—from incoming materials to final output—by controlling nonconforming materials, issuing supplier claims, and driving corrective actions to prevent recurrence. I also lead WI/SIP development and create CMM (3D) measurement programs to ensure dimensional verification and stable process performance.
My work focuses on data-driven root cause analysis and continuous improvement, including SMT defect support across solder paste printing, component placement, reflow, AOI, and SPI. I’ve delivered results such as reducing LRR from 320ppm to 70 ppm and process defect rates from 500 ppm to 150 ppm, while improving incoming inspection efficiency and supplier response effectiveness.
