I am a meticulous data analyst with a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering and hands-on experience in laboratory quality assurance across food and beverage sectors. I consistently apply logical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and strict adherence to SOPs and ISO protocols to improve accuracy and reduce error rates.

At HEINEKEN I collaborated with vendors to maintain lab equipment, optimized analytical methods to reduce repeated errors, and drafted SOPs with QA and R&D teams. Previously, I ensured on-site compliance and trained new lab staff while supporting method validation and technical troubleshooting at SGS and Xelex.

I am actively building skills in AI/Machine Learning, Product Management, and languages (Japanese N2, Korean TOPIK 5) to transition into strategic, tech-driven roles while maintaining strong foundations in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
