I'm currently supporting prototype vehicle builds at AES Việt Nam, coordinating VDD, MML, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and other stakeholders against Master Vehicle Tracker schedules and milestones.

I manage prototype vehicle lifecycles from approval through testing and disposal, maintain hardware and software status, coordinate component upgrades, and develop repurpose plans to improve utilization and reduce manufacturing costs. I also standardize vehicle, procurement, replacement, and inter-plant transportation processes in Jira.

Before AES Việt Nam, I spent nearly five years on LG Display's OLED Development Team, organizing product kick-offs, prototype builds, trial production, sample management, and cross-functional quality activities. I worked with vendors, purchasing, technical engineering, SQA, IP, and OQA to identify root causes and improve product quality and manufacturing performance.

I've built hands-on experience in SMT manufacturing, failure analysis, CAPA, DFMEA, and enterprise systems including SAP, ERP, Jira, and TeamCenter. My work has been recognized with LG Display Best Practice and Best Performance Employee awards.
