Designed and built a multi-tenant B2B marketplace with buy-enquiry workflows, payments (Stripe and RazorPay), and SignalR real-time notifications for 3,000 registered companies. Currently re-architecting an API-first approach and directing React frontend development.

Scaled a multi-tenant inventory-sharing SaaS to 3,000 companies and 9,000+ users as the sole lead architect and developer for 12 years. Maintained sub-2-second search performance using denormalized hot query paths and trigger-updated summary tables without downtime or rewrites.

Built and evolved a race-timing platform through multiple versions, using multithreaded ingestion of live RFID reads over TCP/UDP sockets and integrating reader hardware for race-day-critical performance. Developed REST APIs for live positions and split times and applied caching and Azure scaling to handle race-day traffic spikes.

Built an enterprise issue-tracking and knowledge-base system and migrated Lotus Notes applications to a web platform to reduce operational overhead. Collaborated with teams supporting semiconductor wafer-fabrication platform software and tracked/reporting issues from global customers through the system.

Designed backup and point-in-time recovery and evolved the stack from .NET Framework to .NET Core on Azure with zero-downtime migrations.
