Designed and developed a custom airline product covering aircraft trip-routing, crew scheduling, and revenue optimization, providing the most efficient routing plans for maximum revenue. Applied performance and memory-optimization techniques, including multithreading and compression/decompression, and deployed the Windows application over the internet using ClickOnce.

Reverse-engineered and documented an existing enabling framework, producing the technical reference that accelerated onboarding and reduced maintenance risk for the delivery team.

Developed and maintained 100+ localized campaigns across APAC, Europe, and USA on Pimcore, standardizing reusable components to cut turnaround time across markets. Managed end-to-end campaign infrastructure on AWS over the LAMP stack, including procurement, installation, and security patching.

Designed and defined the information architecture of the application. Migrated the site from Sitecore 6.0 to 8.0 (phased to preserve SEO equity) and implemented personalization and tag-based search. Integrated CELUM DAM and enabled the Gigya social connector with Sitecore, implementing SEO and site analytics integration.

Developed the application on Microsoft Azure using Load Balancer, IBM MQ, Axway, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2017, and IIS 10. Migrated the in-house application to Microsoft Azure, improving uptime and scalability, and resolved performance bottlenecks to improve throughput.

Developed the application using PHP (Laravel, Lumen), MySQL, Angular 6, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, SASS, and AWS. Redesigned and shifted the existing application to a new platform.

Architected and built an automation framework that generates test cases by parsing BRD and DRE files, producing ~10K test cases per product across 300+ products, replacing a manual macro-driven Excel process. Eliminated manual DRE verification, standardizing test-case creation across the portfolio.

Analyzed the implementation and introduced Read-Through / Write-Behind caching with AppFabric to cut database round-trips. Implemented horizontal scaling of SQL Server 2008 using sharding, distributing load to improve database performance. Developed a secure KIOSK macOS desktop application using WebKit.

Led modernization of an enterprise experience platform: migrated .NET Framework to .NET Core, Umbraco 7 to 13, and AngularJS/Knockout/jQuery to Angular 18, delivering a faster platform on a modern stack. Re-architected the platform toward microservices and cloud-native patterns on Azure, migrating 2 production sites while leading a team of 30 through Agile delivery.

Built a proof-of-concept splitting a monolithic web application into a plugin-based architecture using MEF, with independent, plug-and-play modules. Migrated the existing application to the pluggable architecture; the validated PoC was adopted and carried through to production.
