At First National Bank (FNB), I develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and business intelligence solutions for operational and management reporting. I also develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and data accuracy.
For the RTP Reconciliation Reporting Solution, I developed SSRS reports for transaction monitoring and validation, automated merchant-specific report distribution, and built KPI and exception reporting.
At FNB, I support data quality, governance, audit controls, ETL processes, and data mart development. I use SQL and Teradata for reporting and analysis, and perform root cause analysis on reporting and data issues.
During my Data Scientist Learnership at Geeks4Learning Pty Ltd, I applied Python, SQL, statistics, and machine learning in practical projects. I also worked with predictive modelling and time series forecasting concepts, including on ALGOBOT, a forex prediction model.
