What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR and administrative role where I can keep operations running smoothly, handle employee and client enquiries at first point of contact, and turn data into clear, executive-ready reporting—working with a professional, supportive team.

I’m an organised and personable administrative professional with 5+ years’ experience across front-office operations, HR administration, and customer-facing service roles. I’m known for maintaining accurate records, managing high volumes of enquiries, and delivering a consistently professional, welcoming experience.

In my HR / Admin Officer role at Ideas House Group, I streamlined onboarding and offboarding processes to reduce new-hire paperwork turnaround time and improve record accuracy. I also delivered zero scheduling conflicts across interview panels, onboarding sessions, and stakeholder meetings for over a year.

I maintained error-free attendance and employee data records that directly supported accurate, on-time payroll processing each cycle. I reduced management response time on HR matters by preparing clear, executive-ready reports and workforce documentation, while resolving high volumes of employee and stakeholder enquiries at first point of contact to minimise escalations.

I’ve also progressed from Front Desk/HR Assistant to HR Executive within the group, and I bring strong executive support skills from roles like Executive & Administrative Assistant and client-facing coordination experience from customer service and production environments.
