What I'm looking for

I am looking for roles where I can apply computer security and development skills, work in supportive team cultures, gain hands-on technical experience, and continue growing through mentorship and varied projects.

I am a BSc (Honors) Computer Security graduate with practical experience in customer care and revenue cycle management roles. I combine technical knowledge in networks, security, programming and web development with strong communication skills developed through multiple customer-facing positions.

My work history includes roles as an RCM Associate and Customer Care Representative across healthcare and financial services, where I supported clients and handled inquiries for organizations such as Innobot Health Pvt Ltd, Bellvantage (Pvt) Ltd, Startek Inc (Aegies Lanka Pvt Ltd) and commercial bank campaigns. I have also held leadership and executive roles in university music and wellbeing organizations, showing teamwork and event coordination strengths.
