I seek a customer-focused technical support or operations role where I can solve complex problems, improve products, mentor teammates, and grow in cloud and integration technologies.

I am a Software Support Engineer with hands-on experience in technical support, e-commerce and inventory integrations, and cloud monitoring. I have resolved complex customer issues using Zendesk, Postman, debugging consoles and AWS tools, reduced escalations, and raised feature requests implemented into product releases.
