What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client support, operations, administrative, or IT-focused role where I can manage requirements, improve workflows, communicate clearly with clients, and continue building practical digital solutions.

I've managed the full client cycle as a freelance graphic designer, from intake and requirements to concepts, revisions, and delivery for retail and service businesses.

At Industrial Safety Equipment Co. (Pvt) Ltd, I served as the first point of contact for client enquiries, advised customers on suitable products and specifications, produced daily reports, and coordinated with warehouse teams to help prevent stock-outs.

I've also delivered Tea Valley Plantation's business website end-to-end, including a Google Apps Script workflow that routes enquiries into Google Sheets with email notifications and error handling.

Through my BIT studies and independent projects, I've documented business processes, built a certificate-request module, and used practical technology to streamline manual work.
