What I'm looking for

I seek an operations or logistics role where I can apply hands-on logistics experience, strengthen customer-facing skills, and grow into leadership responsibilities within a collaborative team.

I am a logistics-focused professional with a BSc in Business Management (Logistics Management) and practical experience in customer service and logistics operations. I have supported freight and transport workflows while developing strong communication, time-management and team collaboration skills.

At FTL Colombo PVT (LTD) I serve as a Customer Service Executive, building client relationships and coordinating logistics processes; previously I completed a logistics internship at Marine Transport Services PVT (LTD). I hold certificates in Microsoft Office, graphic design, computer hardware & networking, and human resources management.

I bring a disciplined, proactive approach informed by academic training (GPA 3.29) and extracurricular achievements in competitive sports; I seek to apply my operational knowledge and customer-facing experience to add measurable value in a logistics or supply-chain role.
