I am a results-driven software engineer with a strong background in automating CI/CD pipelines and providing agile-based technical support. My experience includes troubleshooting complex issues, managing 24/7 operations, and ensuring smooth upgrades. I am passionate about leveraging cloud platforms to drive innovation and enhance system reliability.

Currently, I work as an Operations Engineer at Sysco LABS, where I provide reactive support, resolve application and network issues, and manage ticketing systems. My previous role as a DevOps Engineer intern at IFS R&D International allowed me to develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, utilizing technologies such as Docker and Bitbucket. I thrive in collaborative environments and am committed to continuous learning and improvement.
