What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Human Resources Intern position at AEON Vietnam to apply my foundation in HR frameworks and contribute to effective talent management and organizational growth.

At Pride RMIT SGS Club, I executed internal recruitment activities and onboarded new members. I also organized team-building events to support member engagement and an inclusive club culture.

As Head Of Operation for RMIT Basketball League, I coordinated tournament operations and managed scheduling and resource allocation for staff, volunteers, referees, and teams. I developed training sessions for new team members and supported them through mentoring.

For an HRD project at RMIT University, I designed an AI capability training program and digital workflow for Phuc Hung corporation. I prepared training modules, presentation slides, and evaluation metrics.

I'm studying Human Resources Management at RMIT University and have also designed learning materials and assessed skill gaps as a Kyna English tutor. I'm seeking a Human Resources Intern position at AEON Vietnam to apply my HR foundation and contribute to talent management and organizational growth.
