What I'm looking for

I’m looking to teach English with a communicative, interactive approach—building strong lesson plans, tracking student progress, and adapting materials (especially for online learning) while growing through collaborative teams.

I’m an English teacher with experience across in-person and online settings, grounded in English Linguistics and English Language Teaching. I design lesson plans, run engaging classes, and support learners through communicative methods.

In my roles at Nguyen Khuyen High School, Au Viet English Center, and Blue Dream English Center, I deliver lesson content using interactive teaching methods like TESOL games, role-plays, and group activities. I monitor student progress, adjust teaching strategies, and collaborate with academic teams to improve teaching quality and learning outcomes.

I also teach online with a focus on communicative education and adapt materials for online learning. Beyond teaching, I’ve worked as a private tutor and as an AI trainer at OUTLIER, contributing and reviewing across different projects.
