I have over ten years of administrative clerk experience, and I bring a dependable, structured approach to daily operations. I’m fluent in English and Afrikaans and I’m confident handling clients upfront or telephonically, while keeping communication clear and professional.
Most recently, I worked as an Administrative assistant from April 2023 to September 2025 at Freemo upholstery. I managed administrative tasks end-to-end, including handling creditors and debtors, analysing bank statements, balancing recons, capturing GRV, allocating payments, querying payments, and processing weekly wages.
Earlier roles strengthened my administration and reception foundation. As a Receptionist / Administration professional, I welcomed visitors, screened and forwarded calls, provided administrative support across the organisation, did data capturing and typed confidential legal documentation, and maintained schedules, spreadsheets, and contact records.
I also developed fleet and office support capabilities through fleet management (vehicle services and licence disk expiry), supplier invoice and payment compilation, and record keeping for office expenses and costs. I’m eager to keep learning, grow into new responsibilities, and bring honesty, flexibility, leadership, and time management to a team that values productivity and development.
