I'm looking for a full-time remote role where I can support executive decision-making, coordinate cross-functional operations, improve processes, and build clear KPI reporting with strong overlap with U.S. business hours.

At CVC Energía, I support executive decision-making through KPI reporting, operational analysis, executive reports, presentations, and Power BI dashboards. I also coordinate weekly follow-up across Operations, HR, Legal, Commercial, Projects, Administration, and Warehouse teams.

Previously, I improved operational processes at El Quinde Shopping Center and Centro Animatea, coordinating service providers and multidisciplinary teams, monitoring KPIs, supporting audits, and improving customer and patient experience.
