At Facebook, I designed customer-experience systems, identified suspicious activity trends, and helped improve processes at scale.

With more than 10 years in operations and client relations, I focus on improving operational efficiency and strengthening an organization’s bottom line. I bring experience with global teams and work fluently in Portuguese and English, with intermediate Spanish.
