I'm seeking to leverage my banking operations and compliance experience in a forward-thinking organization, contributing to regulatory adherence, risk management, audit readiness, and efficient client-focused branch operations.

I've supported FNB branches across Carlswald, The Boulders, Kempton Park, and Mokopane, strengthening branch administration, document control, transaction recordkeeping, and audit readiness.

As a Designated KYC Champion at FNB Carlswald, I oversee KYC/FICA documentation quality and onboarding accuracy for 500+ active client accounts. I coordinate ATM reconciliation, support SARB FinSurv compliance, and compile audit action plans to remediate findings and strengthen internal controls.

I'm pursuing a BA in Economics and bring hands-on experience in FICA, KYC, AML, cash management, regulatory reporting, workflow improvement, and client service.
