I am a committed Human Resource Management graduate with a Bcom Honours degree and extensive experience in customer service and education. My career began at Eskom Holdings SOC LTD, where I excelled as a Learnership Contact Centre Agent. During my tenure, I handled inbound interactions, managed back office activities, and supported marketing and sales processes. My dedication to customer satisfaction was recognized when I received the Certificate for Best Schedule Adherence of the Year in 2015.

Recently, I served as an Educator Assistant at Tshakhuma Primary School, where I developed a positive reading culture among learners and contributed to their academic success. My strong communication skills and ability to foster a supportive learning environment have been key to my success in both customer service and educational roles. I am passionate about continuous learning and exploring new cultures, which drives my commitment to personal and professional growth.
