At Afrimat Aggregates, I implement Social and Labour Plans and community development projects across KwaZulu-Natal and the Free State. I build productive relationships with communities, municipalities, educational institutions, government departments, and traditional leadership structures.

I coordinate stakeholder consultations, manage community concerns, maintain engagement records, and prepare monthly and annual regulatory reports. My work supports socio-economic development, ESG objectives, education, employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, and corporate social investment programmes.

I’ve also supported HR operations at Afrimat, including employee relations, wage negotiations, disciplinary and grievance processes, recruitment, employment equity, skills audits, and compliance reporting.

Before mining, I taught English and helped learners strengthen listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. I bring integrity, accountability, facilitation, and a practical commitment to sustainable outcomes that create shared value for organisations and communities.
