What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role combining customer service and data work where I can apply technical skills, improve processes, and grow into leadership while working in a collaborative, feedback-oriented environment.

I am a customer-focused data specialist and sales assistant with hands-on experience in retail, warehouse operations, and part-time data roles supporting international companies. I combine strong administrative abilities with technical skills in data entry, processing, and basic programming to deliver accurate results under pressure.

I have a background in facilitation, presentation, and community mobilization, and I hold leadership and electrical engineering administrative qualifications (N1–N4). I have worked with NGOs and private-sector employers, contributing to data projects with CrowdGen (USA) and RWS Group (UK).

I am organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable receiving feedback to improve my work. I seek roles where I can apply both customer-facing experience and data/technical skills to support operational excellence and growth.
