Supervised a team of case managers, created treatment plans, and facilitated needs assessments. Utilized trauma-informed supervision techniques and represented the agency in community coalitions while providing crisis intervention and resource events for clients.

As a Community Outreach Coordinator, I established relationships with community organizations and stakeholders, developed outreach programs, and represented the organization at events. I also handled public relations, client support, and data collection to enhance service delivery and community engagement.

Working towards a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) with a focus on Biology. Although not completed, the coursework provided foundational knowledge in biological sciences.

Completed 40 hours of classroom training under the supervision of a Master of Social Worker (MSW) to become a certified peer support specialist.

Certified in Addiction Studies, focusing on the principles and practices related to chemical dependency.
