At ScrumLaunch, I helped ship an AI Voice Agent for a U.S. customer-communication SaaS platform across a React frontend, NestJS API, Python conversation service, shared data layer, and serverless event pipeline.
I developed React and TypeScript workflow-editor features, including undo/redo and configurable call-transfer flows, and integrated services such as Twilio, LiveKit, and ElevenLabs. I also worked on AWS event-driven workflows, taking changes through testing, deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
At VOEPASS Linhas Aéreas, I developed and supported customer-facing applications and integrations, and supported the rollout of a new Passenger Service System by working with Hitit on requirements, testing, and issue resolution.
Earlier, I developed backend services and SQL-backed APIs at Votorantim Cimentos, and built internal applications and reporting workflows at Mega Fish Embarcações. I use AI coding assistants in my development workflow and review generated changes for correctness, security, and fit with the architecture.
