What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support legal and administrative operations—handling documents, court schedules, and client communications—while taking on added responsibility, improving efficiency, and growing with a team that values reliability and organization.

I’m an organised, dependable litigation executive and secretary with a track record of managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I transcribe and verify documents for accuracy and format, handle visitor and inquiry responses, and support the firm by preparing and disseminating weekly/monthly court-case schedules.

I also strengthen daily operations by filing and serving processes in court, following up on pending court and administrative issues, and maintaining both manual and electronic filing systems. I coordinate meetings, draft and edit correspondence, provide prompt client service, and apply strong communication, analytical thinking, and multitasking to help my team and organisation meet its goals.
