I’m a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with over one year of remote administrative experience supporting executives and teams. I’m known for strong organization and time management, and I work independently in a fully remote environment.

In my most recent role, I prepared and maintained spreadsheets, reports, and data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel with high accuracy. I created, formatted, and edited documents in Microsoft Word and designed and updated presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for meetings and reporting.

I also conduct online research and compile data for reports, maintain digital filing systems for easy retrieval and data security, and manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling in Microsoft Outlook. I handle scheduling, meetings, and travel coordination across time zones, and I provide customer service via email and phone.
