What I'm looking for

I am looking for a hospital operations or administrative role that leverages my project management, HR and meeting-planning experience, offers mentorship, and supports growth toward a hospital administration fellowship.

I am a first-year Health Management student at the USF College of Public Health with prior professional experience in meeting planning and administrative roles. I have three years as Director of Meeting Planning at the Pulmonary Hypertension Association and multi-year government marketing and HR experience.

My work has involved collaborating with clinicians, allied health professionals and patients to develop educational programming, aligning stakeholder motivations, and executing projects under pressure. I bring organizational, interpersonal and analytical strengths, with hands-on payroll and HR responsibilities.

I am seeking opportunities to apply project management skills to hospital operations, clinical quality improvement and enhancing the patient experience as I pursue a fellowship in hospital administration after graduation.
