What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my digital marketing, event execution, and relationship-building skills to drive growth for a high-performing team, while continuing to strengthen leadership and stakeholder engagement through measurable impact.

I’m a results-driven medical graduate with hands-on experience in digital marketing, event promotion, and stakeholder engagement. As a Vice President of Capacity Building, I led 10+ training programs impacting 200+ medical students, strengthening clinical readiness and involvement.

I helped build and scale the Ethiopian Medical Students Association at ECUSTA as a Founding Executive Board Member, establishing a foundation for future student engagement. In my leadership roles, I supervised standing committees (SCOME and SCORA) and delivered cross-functional work under members’ pressure development responsibilities.

Currently, I’m serving as a Digital marketing manager and mentor, leading digital campaigns, audience engagement across multiple platforms, and connections between graduates and employers. I also supported large-scale program and event delivery through weekly virtual meetings and chapter performance development.
