I'm leading TD Bank's Single View of Customer initiative for AML/KYC modernization, translating customer, beneficial ownership, risk-rating, and transaction data into mappings, validation rules, lineage, and functional requirements. I helped deliver a consolidated AML-ready customer profile that improved investigation efficiency, reduced duplicate records, and strengthened KYC compliance controls.

Previously at CIBC, I supported Financial Crimes Technology initiatives across fraud analytics, data quality, ServiceNow migration, and Fusion Information HUB. I've also delivered digital banking, billing portal, Salesforce, CRM migration, IVR, contact-centre, and customer analytics solutions for Scotiabank, Metergy Solutions, ADP Canada, BMO, Cogeco, Rogers, and CIBC.

I bring 17+ years of experience connecting business, compliance, data, engineering, QA, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
