Led business and data analysis for the FINTRAC EFTR modernization program, migrating reporting from SWIFT MT to ISO 20022 MX payment standards. Produced source-to-target mappings and regulatory reporting logic, and supported validation through data profiling, lineage/gap analysis, SIT/UAT, and PIV to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
Implemented enterprise Data Quality initiatives supporting OSFI regulatory recommendations by defining Critical Data Elements (CDEs) across Name Screening, Transaction Monitoring, and Customer Risk Rating platforms. Validated source-to-target data, enabled integrity/completeness/timeliness reporting, and delivered requirements and business process/workshop artifacts to support governance dashboard
Delivered business and data analysis for enterprise data platform modernization, including real-time streaming, enterprise data ingestion, and Netezza-to-Hadoop migration. Developed source-to-target mappings and transformation support using Kafka, Hadoop, and Netezza, and contributed to data reconciliation and financial data standardization for business reporting initiatives.
