I’m a Systems Administrator focused on keeping enterprise Windows environments stable, secure, and easy to support. I’ve built a career around hands-on endpoint management, security administration, and practical troubleshooting that users can feel.

In my current roles, I support 500 endpoints and handle admin work across Intune, Azure, and Defender. I’m responsible for patching endpoints with security updates and supporting day-to-day operational needs like help desk and system administration.

With long-term experience in PC infrastructure, I’ve created Windows images for 2,000+ machines and administered anti-virus, patching, and encryption environments at scale. I managed an anti-virus server protecting 2,500+ endpoints and servers, ran security patching using Landesk, and supported encrypted remote machines by managing keys and endpoint encryption responsibilities.

I also bring broader IT coverage through education in computer networking, practical systems analysis, and certifications including A+, Network+, and Security+. I aim to keep environments modern (including Office 365 rollouts) while ensuring security, reliability, and responsive support for the people who depend on the systems.
