Teah Simpson

I am a compassionate, self-motivated registered nurse with more than six years of hands-on experience across medical-surgical units and home health settings. I hold an Associate's degree in Nursing and an active Kentucky RN license.

My clinical background includes acute care, chronic disease management, post-surgical recovery, and skilled in-home assessments and patient education. I am proficient with electronic health records and clinical documentation, and I collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.

I have been recognized for excellence in nursing with a Daisy Award (July 2025) and maintain current Basic Life Support certification. My practice centers on critical thinking, empathy, and time management to promote patient independence and positive outcomes.
