I'm currently a Humana Field Care Manager Nurse, assessing members' health and safety needs and developing comprehensive Member Care Plans. I coordinate support services, evaluate risks, provide education, and maintain accurate case documentation.

At VITAS Hospice, I conducted comprehensive physical, emotional, and psychosocial assessments, delivered pain and symptom management, and partnered with families through end-of-life care. I worked closely with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and interdisciplinary teams to protect comfort and dignity.

At Baptist Health, I provided post-operative PACU care and medical-surgical telemetry nursing for patients with varied acuity and complex cardiac conditions. I monitored cardiac rhythms, administered therapies, responded to deteriorating conditions, and used EHRs and remote-monitoring tools to coordinate safe recovery.

Across 19 years in nursing, including LVN, LPN, and RN roles, I've supported pediatric, home health, palliative, psychiatric, referral-management, and military health populations. I bring practical experience in chronic disease management, patient education, care coordination, and evidence-based patient safety.
