What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue providing safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care in critical-care or acute-care settings while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supporting patients with complex clinical needs.

At Norton Healthcare, I deliver critical-care nursing for patients with complex needs, from sepsis management to acute respiratory care. I administer complex medication regimens, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on individualized care plans.

I've also precepted new nurses and support safe, patient-centered care through telemetry, cardiac monitoring, IV medications and drips, rapid response care, and patient and family education.
