As a Team Engagement Specialist, I enhance team collaboration through organizing events and providing technical support to customers. I facilitate recruitment processes and conduct software demonstrations, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction. My role also involves troubleshooting technical issues and customizing client event pages using CSS and HTML.

In the Operations Success Team, I established the Talent and Culture team, focusing on career development and recruitment. I facilitated training for new members and organized team-building activities while delivering exceptional customer support through various channels.

As a Career Centre Intern, I assisted in planning career fairs and managed administrative duties for conferences. I was also part of the selection panel for prestigious awards, gaining valuable experience in event planning and administration.

In my role as a Student Assistant, I supported the Housemistress in ensuring student safety and wellbeing. I provided assistance and maintained a supportive environment for the students in the residence.

As a Graduate Assistant, I organized tutorial groups for psychology students, managed attendance, and coordinated meetings between tutors and lecturers, enhancing the educational experience.

In my role as Senior Sub Warden, I managed a residence of 88 students, addressing crisis situations and supporting their holistic wellness, including mental and physical health.
