As the Owner of Shining Wizard Cleaning Services (2024–Present), I found and operate a commercial cleaning business serving offices and banquet halls. Earlier, I progressed from Commercial Driver to Commercial Manager at AutoZone (March 2024–Present; September 2023–March 2024), coordinating deliveries and supporting daily operations for commercial accounts. I also developed strong front-line service and leadership skills as a Bartender and Server, where I upsold menu items, trained new staff, handled high-volume guest service, and later supervised teams as a Manager/Cashier and coordinated catering orders.
