Doctoral researcher and curriculum designer focused on instructional alignment, mastery, and equity.
What I'm looking for
I’m an educator, researcher, and instructional designer with over ten years of experience across K-12 classrooms and higher education advising. As a doctoral candidate in Curriculum and Instruction, I conduct mixed-methods research focused on instructional alignment and student mastery outcomes.
I build rigorous assessments and use qualitative and quantitative student performance data to identify instructional gaps, refine curriculum design, and drive measurable improvement in learning outcomes. I’m especially interested in translating data into evidence-based recommendations that practitioners and institutional stakeholders can act on.
In my instructional practice, I integrate educational technology and AI-powered learning tools to support personalized, mastery-based learning. I also focus on “what works in real classrooms,” using iterative evaluation to refine approaches that improve learning—and avoid approaches that don’t.
I also bring leadership and creativity to instruction through performing arts and program direction, including directing youth productions and leading cross-functional collaboration to launch new course offerings. I’m committed to equity in education and to building instructional conditions that allow every learner to succeed.
