I am looking for a job that offers a collaborative and innovative company culture. I am a problem solving professional with a background in Recruiting/HR industry and a career-switch to Software Development. I excel at breaking down complex problems and finding efficient holistic solutions. With my strong communication skills, I am able to effectively collaborate with teams and build relationships. I have experience in project planning and team leadership, and I am recognized for my ability to drive implementation and mentor new team members.

In my current role as a Senior Software Engineer at ALLCAMPUS, I develop and implement technical solutions for a higher education CRM platform. I am proficient in React, TypeScript, Python, Flask, and other related technologies. I am responsible for creating and updating pages, features, components, and API endpoints. I also drive the implementation of front-end testing and mentor new team members.

Prior to that, I worked as a Web Developer at SPORTS BUSINESS JOURNAL, where I developed and implemented technical solutions for an online sports media platform. I have experience in C#, .NET, Entity Framework, MVC, Razor, Python, Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
