What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote or international Network Security, firewall support, network operations, or cloud network support roles where I can own customer-facing incidents, strengthen AWS networking skills, and contribute to enterprise troubleshooting.

I've provided TAC-style L2 support at Wipro, investigating enterprise network and security incidents through SLA tracking, escalation, and resolution.

I troubleshoot VPN and firewall issues, including connectivity and policy-related cases, while working directly with customers and internal teams to maintain service levels.

Previously at Spensic Technologies, I supported Cisco ASA firewalls, routers, and switches in enterprise environments, resolving LAN/WAN connectivity and VPN incidents.

I'm building AWS networking and cloud architecture skills through the AWS Solutions Architect – Associate learning track, with a focus on remote Network Security and Cloud Network roles.
