I’m looking for a Network Support role where I can own complex enterprise cases, collaborate with TAC/vendors, and grow into deeper CCNP-level networking—using AI-assisted troubleshooting responsibly to improve restoration speed under SLAs.

I’m a Network Engineer providing L2 support for enterprise Cisco networks, with 2+ years of hands-on experience across LAN, VLAN, VPN, and DHCP environments spanning 3 global regions and 15+ data centers. I own end-to-end case resolution, focusing on root-cause diagnosis from the TCP/UDP and DHCP layers and clear, customer-ready communication through rotational/shift-based support.

I deploy and administer Cisco Meraki access points and switches via Meraki Dashboard, manage device health/firmware and resolve device-down and connectivity incidents. I also support VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN operations and Palo Alto Firewall/Panorama workflows during P1/P2 incidents through ServiceNow, while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate troubleshooting—validating AI recommendations before using them in live environments. I author RCA reports and SOPs and am progressing toward CCNP Enterprise.
