I am a motivated TAC Engineer with ~4 years of experience providing advanced technical support and solutions for cloud and network security issues across AWS, Azure, and GCP. I focus on troubleshooting, incident management, and delivering secure, scalable architectures.

I have hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, EKS, ECS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD. I automated multi-region provisioning and implemented reusable Terraform modules to streamline infrastructure as code.

On the security side, I have configured and managed CASB (Netskope), Palo Alto firewalls, GlobalProtect VPN, SSL/TLS, SSO/Okta integrations, and WAF solutions, and I improved observability using Splunk, Prometheus and Grafana. I consistently resolved the majority of support tickets within SLA and contributed to knowledge-base development.

I collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design and present technical architecture, drive incident response, and implement policy-driven security controls. I seek roles where I can continue to strengthen cloud security, automation, and network resilience while delivering measurable operational improvements.
