At Sophos Technologies Pvt Ltd., I provide technical support to enterprise customers troubleshooting networking, firewall, and cloud infrastructure issues. I use log and packet analysis to investigate connectivity, performance, and configuration problems.
I troubleshoot AWS and Azure networking, including VPC routing and security groups, as well as TCP/IP issues involving DNS, routing, NAT, and VPN tunnels. I also support Sophos XG/XGS firewall deployments and troubleshooting.
For high-severity incidents and customer escalations, I perform root cause analysis and coordinate with engineering teams. My investigations also cover virtualization and SAN/NAS connectivity and performance.
