I’m looking to continue partnering with Boards and C-suite on turnaround and transformation—building recovery plans, restoring cash flow and profitability, and leading people workstreams through carve-outs and integrations with strong executive execution rhythms.

I’m a Strategy and Transaction Manager with 15 years of experience supporting Boards of large multinational organizations through turnaround, transformation, and complex transactions. I partner with C-suite and executives to diagnose underperformance and design executable recovery plans that restore profitability and cash flow in the immediate term while building momentum for longer-term success.

Most of my work centers on people and operating transformation: I lead organisational design, workforce restructuring, employment relations, and people readiness workstreams across multiple markets. I align people strategy with business objectives to ensure workforce changes are executed compliantly and effectively, including Day 1 readiness for carve-outs and integrations.

I also bring strong operating and execution discipline—establishing executive operating rhythms (SteerCos, KPI cadences, and RAID trackers) to drive accountability, early risk detection, and decisive course correction.
