I’m looking to lead hospital EVS operations focused on infection prevention, compliance, and measurable KPI improvements—coaching teams and partnering with clinical leadership to raise cleanliness scores and patient satisfaction.

I’m a Healthcare Environmental Services leader with hands-on experience supporting hospital operations, infection prevention standards, regulatory compliance, and high-performing EVS teams. In my current Assistant Director role, I oversee daily EVS operations to maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant healthcare environment—while keeping performance and operational efficiency moving forward.

I lead multi-unit housekeeping operations, supervise staff across patient rooms, ORs, and common areas, and run routine quality inspections with corrective action plans. I prepare for Joint Commission surveys with strong documentation readiness, ensure OSHA/bloodborne pathogen and PPE compliance, and monitor KPIs like cleanliness scores and patient satisfaction metrics (HCAHPS) to drive continuous performance improvement.
