I am a lead supervisor in environmental services with a warm, patient-focused approach and strong conflict-resolution skills. I build teams that respond effectively to fast-paced healthcare environments while prioritizing safety and service.

Over the past several years I have served as a Floor Project Specialist and Environmental Service Lead, responsible for chemical handling, universal precautions, and advanced floor and carpet care. I consistently train staff in refinishing techniques and enforce standards that protect patients and employees.

I have a track record as an essential employee with recurring Top Talent recognition and routinely coordinate staffing, work plans, and cross-department communication. I partner with Pest Control, Medical Waste, and other services and participate in EOC rounds to maintain operations.
